We have been trading successfully in this wee corner of Dublin since 1993. Many of you may remember the former owner Pat. Well Pat went off to pursue hot-air ballooning over the skies of Portugal and Spain and sometimes also will be spotted on the east coast of Ireland. We took over the business in that year and have traded successfully for the last seven years now.

We take pride in our professional but homely care when needed. We have rescued many computers and many megabites of data and possibly many heartbreaks also!

Our staff are respected for their expertise, but more importantly for customer care. Our repeat business and many loyal customers pay testimony to this. We have a policy of informing the customer of all the facts before starting into a job, and quote an estimate of cost at this point. Should the cost of parts or any such escalate beyond such quote, we inform the customer of this before going ahead. Many customers appreciate this knowledge as it helps them to then decide whether to go ahead on a repair job, or whether to “call it a day” on that computer and purchase a new computer/laptop instead.
